Amplify Your Brainwaves
Evolutioner uses sound frequencies to support brain function.
Overview
The user listens to a 12-minute audio session every day. The 12 minutes of sound pulses specific frequencies to the brain.
Become Better
Brainwaves are electrical signals that the brain uses to communicate with the body.
Studies show that as we age our brainwaves become weaker, which can lead to cognitive decline.
Evolutioner is a program that amplifies brainwaves using sound frequencies. This amplification can result in better brain performance.
For the program to work, the user only has to listen to the 12-minute audio sessions in the Evolutioner app. No other action is needed.

The Technology
Brainwaves run at different speeds/frequencies (Hz) and they can be amplified with sound frequencies. The process is called the Frequency Following Response (FFR). The FFR refers to the brain’s electrical response to rhythmic sensory stimulation, such as pulses of sound.
When the brain is presented with a rhythmic stimulus, such as a pulsing tone, the rhythm is reproduced in the brain in the form of electrical pulses.
For example: A pulsing tone of 48 beats per second will result in the brain pulsing an electromagnetic field signal of 48Hz (Gamma waves).
The effects of the Frequency Following Response were first discovered by Dr. Gerald Oster and reported in the October 1973 issue of Scientific American.
Evolutioner has further developed this technology and created a program specifically to support the brain.

How to Use It
Once you’ve signed up, you will be able to access your day and night sessions from the Evolutioner app on your phone, iPad, tablet and computer.
The frequencies of the Evolutioner sessions are embedded in the background of beautiful music. The user can therefore relax and listen to the 12-min music sessions that contains the frequencies.
You can listen to your sessions with eyes closed or open.
There is a day and night session for each day of the year. These sessions change daily because we alternate the stimulus and strength of the sessions. This is necessary because similar to muscles responding better to different exercises, the brain also responds better to different sound stimulations.
You do not have to listen for longer than 12 minutes at a time.

Non-User vs User
Below is a graph that shows the difference in the brainwave pattern of a non-user and an Evolutioner user. Please note that individual results may vary.

FAQ
Most frequent questions and answers
We recommend doing one Day Session and one Night Session each day.
Redoing the Day Session in the afternoon can be helpful for an additional boost in energy.
We also make a 2-minute session available for when you don’t have much time. 2 minutes a day is sufficient.
It only takes 2 minutes for the brain to synchronize with the pulse in the audio.
We recommend that you listen to a 2-min or 12-min Day Session in the morning as it will set you up nicely for the rest of the day.
Listen to a 2-min or 12-min Night Session in the evening or right before you go to sleep.
If you find it hard to fall asleep, then it’s best to do your Night Session about an hour or two before bedtime.
Both Day and Night sessions amplify brainwaves.
The Day Sessions have more Gamma frequencies which are suitable for the day as it can give you an additional boost in energy while the Night Sessions have more Delta frequencies which are more suitable for sleep.
There are no contraindications for using the program.
Sound therapy has been tested and used for many decades and it has proven to be very safe.
If you have a medical condition, we recommend that you speak to your doctor regarding sound therapy.
You can easily cancel from within your account.

The carrier tone, that produces the frequencies, is well between the 20 and 20 000 Hz frequency range (Range of human hearing).
For example: A tone of 180Hz is used to pulse at a specific frequency. The pulsing tone produces the frequency signal in the brain.
Any pair of headphones/earbuds/speakers will be sufficient.
Absolutely. Please find the studies page here.
It is equally effective with or without headphones.
Headphones/EarPods/earphones will just improve the experience.
This technology has many beneficial outcomes.
However, by law we’re not able to make any medical claims.
The program is not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disorder.
Sound therapy is regarded safe for children.
We recommend a minimum age of 4 years.
The technology has not been tested on children younger than 4 years of age.
We use pulsing tones to perform the synchronization of brainwaves. Tones/Sound is in fact vibrations and the brain is able to process the vibrations even in the case of deafness.
Therefore, the program can still be effective.

You should start to feel a mental lift, boost in energy and brain performance after your very first Day Session.
The effects of the session will accumulate and get stronger as the day progresses.
Please note that the sessions do stimulate the brain, and this can cause excessive dreaming when starting the program.
