We also make a 2-minute session available for when you don’t have much time. 2 minutes a day is sufficient. It only takes 2 minutes for the brain to synchronize with the pulse in the audio. The brain is the electromagnetic field system that pulses the frequencies to the body for the rest of the day.
We recommend that you listen to either the 2-min or 12-min session in the morning as it will set you up nicely for the rest of the day. But that’s up to you. You can choose to listen to your session at night.
Some members sleep better doing their session before bedtime and others have trouble falling asleep.
You only need to do a session once a day for it to work effectively.
We recommend not doing more than two sessions per day.
Doing too many sessions may cause overstimulation.
Both sessions contain the same set of frequencies that optimizes body and brain for healing, focus, sleep, relaxation, and overall well-being.
The music in the Day Session can be slightly more upbeat/dramatic/faster than the Night Session. If you find the Day Session too stimulating, then you may enjoy the Night Sessions more. You can do the Night Session any time of the day.
There are no contraindications for using the program.
Soundwave therapy has been tested and used for many decades and it has proven to be very safe.

Evolutioner is not the same as the “healing frequencies” or “healing music” you will find on YouTube/Spotify, for example.

Evolutioner is purely research-based and uses isochronic tones to deliver low-frequency pulses. These low-frequency pulses create natural electromagnetic pulses in the brain that have proven to promote healing.
During our research over the last decade, we have found that the brain gets used to the same stimulus.
Just like your muscles respond better to different exercises, the brain also responds better to different stimulations.
That is why there is a different session for each day. We alternate the stimulus (waveform) and intensity (amplitude) for every session. This is necessary for the program to remain effective.
The carrier tone, that produces the frequencies, is well between the 20 and 20 000 Hz frequency range (Range of human hearing).
For example: A tone of 180Hz is used to pulse at a specific frequency. The pulsing tone produces the frequency signal in the brain.
Any pair of headphones/earbuds/speakers will be sufficient.

Soundwave therapy is regarded safe for children.
We recommend a minimum age of 4 years.
The technology has not been tested on children younger than 4 years of age.
We use pulsing tones to perform the synchronization of brainwaves. Tones/Sound is in fact vibrations and the brain is able to process the vibrations even in the case of deafness.
Therefore, the program will still be effective.
The healing effects, cell regeneration and immune enhancement happen over time. Some see immediate results and others do take longer.
You should start to feel a boost in energy and brain performance within the first few days.
